Champagne Chapuy - Cote de Blanc

The Chapuy family are linked with Oger history, one of their ancestors was the mayor in the village during the French Revolution. Oger a Grand Cru village (one of the 17 villages rated as 100% Grand Cru) is situated in the Cote des Blancs.

Wine growing has been a family tradition for more than a century, but Serge Chapuy who created the brand and started in 1952 to commercialise the champagne.

To date his son Arnold succeeded his father and is joined by his daughters, Elodie who cares for overseas development and Aurora, the youngest daughter who is in charge of production.

They currently sell between 80,000 100,000 bottles a year, 2/3 of their turnover is made in export sales to most European countries and also Russia, United States, Hong-Kong and South Africa.
